To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following policies and preparation guidelines before booking your appointment. ⸻ Consent & Booking Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to complete and sign a required consent form prior to your service. This form ensures that all services are performed safely and that you understand proper aftercare and potential sensitivities. ⸻ Health & Contraindications For your safety, waxing services cannot be performed under certain conditions. Please do not book if any of the following apply: • You are currently using retinol, Accutane, or strong exfoliating treatments in the treatment area • You have open wounds, sunburn, or irritated skin • You are experiencing any contagious skin conditions • You have any form of STD/STI in the service area (for Brazilian services) • You are currently on medications or treatments that may compromise your skin (when in doubt, please consult with your provider or reach out before booking) If you are unsure whether a condition or product is a contraindication, please contact me prior to your appointment. ⸻ Pre-Appointment Care (Brazilian & Body Waxing) To get the best results and minimize sensitivity: • Gently moisturize your skin daily leading up to your appointment • Avoid exfoliating 24–48 hours before your wax • Discontinue retinol or active skincare in the area at least 5–7 days prior • Ensure hair is long enough (about the length of a grain of rice) • Arrive in clean, breathable clothing if possible ⸻ Pre-Appointment Care (Brows) • Avoid retinol, chemical peels, or exfoliants near the brow area for at least 5–7 days • Do not tweeze or trim beforehand • Avoid sunburn or irritation in the area ⸻ Respect & Hygiene Cleanliness and professionalism are top priorities.
